Information for CUHK(SZ) Graduates

The CUHK e-Certification System is available to CUHK(SZ) graduates with certificates issued on 31 July 2024 and thereafter. Electronic certificates will normally be available in the e-Certification System on the same day when the hardcopy award certificates are ready for collection. No application is required for this free service. Graduates who wish to use the service please follow the following steps:

  1. Graduates will receive a notification email via their CUHK(SZ) email accounts when their electronic certificates are available in the CUHK e-Certification System.

  2. Graduates can use Student ID@link.cuhk.edu.cn as login ID and CUHK(SZ) account password to login https://e-cert.cuhk.edu.hk/cuszecert/login.

  3. Click “Share” to share the e-Certificate and provide the email address of intended recipient (one recipient at a time), set the expiry date (up to a maximum of 90 days) if necessary (default expiry date will be 30 days from the date of the request) and add any remarks for reference of the intended recipient.

  4. The System will send an email embedded with a link to the recipient. The link is protected by an access code, which will be sent to the recipient in a separate email.

  5. The recipient may access to the e-Certificate from the System within the expiry date. The link will become invalid after the expiry date.

  6. The recipient may validate the authenticity of the e-Certificate via the System.

  7. Graduates may view the “e-Certification Sharing History” under the same function and click “Stop Sharing” if sharing of the e-Certificate to a particular recipient is no longer necessary.
